I recently had my wedding at the DoubleTree Grand Biscayne Bay and it was an amazing venue! All my guests commented on the spectacular view and the amazing food. The staff was great as well. The catering manager, Adriana Rader, was extremely helpful in planning the wedding. She was always available when we had questions or concerns before the wedding. During the wedding, she was very attentive and worked will my other vendors to make sure everything ran smoothly. It was definitely the right choice to go with this location for both my ceremony and reception. I would highly recommend the hotel and Adriana!

My wedding was BEAUTIFUL, and I owe most of it to the wonderful staff at the DoubleTree, especially Adriana Rader! The room looked absolutely gorgeous. Everything was set up for me so I didn’t have to stress on the day of the wedding. The food was amazing, definitely one of the best wedding meals I’ve had! Great presentation and flavor. Even the cocktail hour food was top notch. We received so many compliments from our guests.The service during the ceremony/cocktail hour/reception was EXCEPTIONAL. Every time we turned around, there was someone offering us food and drinks! Every last detail was taken care of. I was an out-of-town bride, and Adriana and her staff made the process so much easier than I anticipated. I would definitely recommend this venue to other brides! Incredible view, food, and service.

Working with Adriana Rader was simply a pleasure. She made planning for our wedding as smooth and worry-free as possible. She is involved from day one following up with you and arranging all the key dates prior to the event. I have to say she was my right hand and a life saver when she reserved a small conference room for “hair and make up getting ready”.Small details like fixing my train and offering us some hors d’oeuvres that we were missing while the photo shoot was taking place, made us feel so special. The venue is everything we were hoping to have for our special day. The ceremony was held in the terrace and the view added a touch of elegance and serenity to the ambiance. Needless to say, we received so many compliments for it. The cocktail hour and reception were so enjoyable. The service was impeccable not only for us, but for our guests. We were given props on how helpful the catering staff was. They made sure everyone was happy. We are so happy to have been able to share this important and special moment in our lives with our loved ones and that we chose the most perfect place to do it.

I recently had my wedding at the doubletree grand and i am so happy with our decision! i am absolutely in love with our wedding! adriana and the hotel staff were beyond exceptional! they were fantastic and very accommodating to my crazy family and large party of out of towners. the price was extremely affordable…in fact, after months of research it is the best price in miami! the location was gorgeous with the bay setting and large windows…the food was exquisite….best wedding food i have ever eaten! note to all brides, opt for the filet mignon and red snapper…it was a huge hit with all of my guests…especially for the snobby “foodies” who had nothing but exceptional things to say about the chef and food. the service was excellent, the bar had a tremendous selection of mixed drinks and overall i had not one complaint the entire evening. i would recommend the doubletree grand biscayne bay to all of my friends and to any bride out there who is being royally ripped off by these overpriced hotels who offer mediocre food and crappy service. you will not be sorry!

My daughter and her fiancé knew they wanted a water view, location near St Sophia Church in Miami and wanted to stay in a budget that would allow them all the extra touches they wanted for their wedding. Doubletree Hilton Grand was the venue that stood out immediately. They were also the most flexible when working with our wishes. We are all “foodies” and I will tell you without doubt the food was excellent and everyone at the wedding raved about it as well as the service. Our overall experience with Adriana was fantastic and I will be recommending both her and the venue highly! Thank you Adriana, for helping to make my daughter’s wedding dreams a reality.

Adriana and her staff at the DoubleTree Grand Biscayne Bay really went above and beyond to make my wedding day perfect. Not only is the venue beautiful and in a great location, the service staff really rounded out and completed our great experience. The food was amazing, much better than any other wedding I have ever been to. I know I may be biased, but our guests are still telling us how great the food was 2 weeks later! The planning process and the week leading up to the event were seamless. Adriana has the expertise necessary to guide anyone and left me with nothing to worry about on my big day. I sent my mother down to check out the ballroom while the bridal party and I were still getting ready but it turns out I didn’t have to. Everything was exactly as we expected and as we were told it would be. I honestly cannot say enough good things about the venue and staff overall. I have friends that tell me the planning of their weddings have been nightmares but I did not have that experience and I assume I must thank the staff for that. I really felt like my wedding was exactly as I envisioned and Adriana and her staff worked hard to make that possible!

We could not be happier with the way everything turned out on our big day! This venue is absolutely beautiful and you can’t beat the prices! All of our guests loved the food and atmosphere. Our favorite part about this venue was the breathtaking view of the Bay and Miami city lights. We had our ceremony at St. Patrick’s Catholic church which was less than a 10 minute drive over the causeway. After the ceremony, our guests headed to the Doubletree for the cocktail hour and reception. It worked out perfectly! A big thanks to Adriana Radar and her team, who really went above and beyond to make sure all of our questions were answered. They made the whole process very easy and enjoyable for us. Another big thanks to Jessica Rosario for assisting us with the room block and treating our family and friends so well! Everyone was pleased with their overnight accomadations. We would highly recommend the DoubleTree by Hilton Grand Hotel Biscayne Bay for your next big occasion!

We had an amazing experience at this venue! We had 225 guests and everyone was raving about the wedding! We kept hearing “this is the best wedding ever!” The venue is beautiful. The wedding/catering manager, Adriana Radar was a dream to work with, very efficient, polite, patient and knowledgeable. The food was DELICIOUS, the service was wonderful! We had looked at many other venues and the value we obtained was beyond compare! We’ll be eternally grateful for making this event a beautiful and memorable experience!

My husband and I can’t thank Adriana Rader and the catering staff enough for creating such an elegant, romantic and unparalled event. From start to finish the planning environment was both warm, friendly and simply a joy. Adriana excelled at being readily available, punctual with up-to-date changes, accommodating of requests and sincerely involved in the process. Her professionalism, interpersonal skills and liason attributes were phenomenal. Furthermore, the chef’s cuisine was impeccable and our guests are still raving about the palate delights. Our wedding could not have been executed any better. We will be forever grateful for the magical and dreamy experience that was created.
